Job Description

Looking for a fresh new challenge? Our market leading transport company based in Huddersfield, looking for a number of temporary customer service advisors for their operational team.

The role is to start immediately so don't hesitate to apply if you like what you hear!

The role will involve handling a large number of calls and emails from customers regarding issues, deliveries and concerns with their product, so having a key eye for detail and excellent relationship building skills are a necessity!

Experience within the freight or transport industry would be a distinct advantage, however my client are prepared to consider candidates from other scheduling and customer service industries.

As my client is operational 24 hours a day 7 days a week this role will cover a rotating shift pattern including days, nights and weekends, so flexibility is key for this role.

The ideal candidate must be a methodical and pro-active person, who enjoys a challenging role within a busy pressurised environment.

In return our client offers:
£9.23 per hour (£18,000 pa)
37.5 hour working week with block shift patterns covering 6am - 10pm

There is free parking on site, canteen facilities, relaxed dress code and real opportunities to secure a permanent role.
