Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client who is currently recruiting for a motivated and driven Transport Operations Manager to join the team.

As Operations manager you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the fleet of trucks and trailers and coordinating cross-channel deliveries while also liaising and working closely with the depot manager and team in the UK.

Criteria:

Experience in operations management in logistics - 5 years
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Knowledge of Irish transport regulations and cross channel logistics
Familiarity with fleet management and maintenance
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Must have CPC in logistics

Salary will depend on background £40 -45K
