Our client is looking for a candidate who can work flexible shifts Monday - Friday in the Transport department. Hours will be around 45 hours per week.
To be considered for this position, Transport/Logistics experience is required. You must also have a confident and firm telephone manner.
Your duties will range from:
- Administrative tasks
- Dealing with the HGV drivers calling in with issues and delays whilst dealing with their locations.
- Using the clients in-system.
- Looking after several drivers a day whilst keeping customers informed.
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of service
- Developing a close working relationship with the customer
- Responsible for overseeing all deliveries and collections
- Liaising with drivers on a day to day basis ensuring service standards are achieved.
