We're looking for competitive and motivated graduates or energetic individuals with a confident outlook and experience in the sales or travel industry. We are a large, international, upper-end tour operator looking to maximise sales within the UK market. We specialise in both summer sun and winter sun/ski all-inclusive We are looking for candidates with the following skills to join our highly driven Travel Advisor team.
Outgoing personality and excellent telephone manner
Sales experience with the determination to succeed under pressure
Conscientious, motivated graduates with a proactive/ `think outside the box` attitude. NO ROBOTS
Competitive nature is essential - our office is friendly but focused.
Travel agent/tour operator/customer services/sales background
Attention to detail is mandatory
Computer literate - outlook/excel/word and the aptitude to master our challenging booking system
Each new member of staff is encouraged to help us to grow as a business and, in turn, high achievers are rewarded with an extremely profitable commission package/bonus scheme. A detailed training programme is in place to ensure you have the product knowledge and booking system familiarity needed to maximise your sales and therefore your commission. Initially your contract would be fixed term for 6 months with the option to become permanent based on performance.
Your earning potential is uncapped and perks include educational trips to our resorts and monthly incentives to ensure sales staff are rewarded for high achievement.
