We have a great opportunity for a Travel Claims Team Manager position based in our South London head office in Croydon.

The overview of this position is to lead, motivate and develop your team of travel insurance advisors to ensure that the quality and standard of service required by the company and our clients is fully realised. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your team, including monitoring productivity, absence and maintaining accurate personnel records for holiday and payroll.
Your team will be the first point of contact for our travel insurance customers, it will be their responsibility to handle the claim from start to finish.
This position is a semi shift role, the hours are Monday to Friday 8-4/ 8.30-4.30/ 9-5/ 9.30-5.30/ 10-6

As an ideal candidate you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Be IT literate preferably with working knowledge of Microsoft programmes. Most importantly you will have great leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team to achieve all goals.

Requirements
You must have previous experience of supervising a team. Experience of Team management and Performance management would be desirable.


The salary is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum with the possibility of £2,600 bonus.
