My client has experienced significant growth within the business so are seeking an additional administrator to join their team.
You will be working for a leading provider of this service who are renowned within this field. You will play an integral part in providing an exceptional service to the hospitality sector.
-You will be required to accurately handle and process data provided to ensure that the clients` employees receive the correct awards on time
- After your training period you will be managing budgets ,deal with requests and communications from your clients
-You will be au fait with Excel and have a solid working knowledge as will need to index and organise the data accurately and correctly. Knowledge of formulas ,V-look ups and also pivot tables
-Reviewing and analysing data submitted by clients
-Using Excel will carry out allocations of tips and service charges to employees
- Ensuring you have a thorough understanding of individual clients differing needs and the criteria in place for individual clients
- Manage communications with clients via email and telephone
- Electronic filing of all documents
-Updating databases and records at all times
-Working closely with payroll providers and supporting the team
