Our client based very close to the centre of Cardiff, a privately owned fast growing company due to expansion is looking for an experienced Account Manager/Telemarketing professional to work within a small but dynamic international team

This is a very busy and challenging multi-tasking role which will require excellent communication skills. You should have a solid background in a telesales or telemarketing role, be highly presentable, and have a high level of self-motivation.

Initially you be liaising with UK customers on the phone and providing all aspects of administration within the office including sales order processing; answering telephone enquiries from customers; providing quotes; placing orders and liaising with the technical workshop. You will also be involved in maintaining databases, researching customers, and collating data for sales and marketing reports.

You will take on responsibility for the day-to-day account management of customers within our UK customer base. You will also work on telemarketing campaigns to promote or upsell products to existing customers and to prospects within our niche market.

Although this is an account management salaried position, sales incentives may be introduced once you are fully trained and can demonstrate an ability to upsell into your accounts. You will also on occasion be required to visit customers and attend trade shows, therefore a degree of flexibility to travel on these occasions is required.

You will need to have at least 2 years experience of working in a very busy telemarketing/sales role and live locally in the Cardiff area with your own transport and simply the drive to succeed.
