Job Description

We are working with a local manufacturer based in Cleckheaton.

They are looking for a UK Sales Administrator.

Working hours are 8:30-5:30 Mon-Fri Salary is £25,000

The role will support sales in the UK to meet the client targets. You will work within the sales team.

Duties include:
Answer calls and emails
Order processing via phone, email, fax
Deal with stock enquiries
Liaise with customers and couriers
Have good product knowledge for customer advising
Be responsible for updating system with client details

Personal Spec:
Previous experience in tele-sales
Previous experience in export sales
Good IT literacy
Natural communicator
Good customer service skills
