LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire (Office-based)
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development consultant to represent their business and help their continued growth!
You will be offering a great customer service, outbound calling a database of clients to sell a variety of their products which include ferry tickets.
Are you passionate about helping businesses grow?
Do you have a minimum of 1 year`s sales/telesales/Business Development experience?
Knowledge of the freight and / or transport industry is desirable. However, full product knowledge training will be provided.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
" Making outbound customer calls and cold calls in order to sell the group`s services in a consultative and engaging way
" Maintaining your customer database accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
" Working and managing leads in timely manner throughout to completion
" Contacting customers in response to correspondence or feedback
" Monitoring booking statuses to ensure quality of service
" Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services sold and keeping up to date knowledge on industry developments
SALARY: £25,000 basic plus bonus opportunities
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 0800-1600 or 0900 - 1700 (1-hour lunch)
