Job Description

Immediate Start

Your duties include;
- Dealing with all correspondence.
- Identifying any vulnerable customers.
- Ensuring speedy responses.
- Liaising with the Underwriters.
- Providing correct and accurate information.

You will need to be confident and professional with strong communications skills and be understanding and sensitive to customers circumstances. A can-do attitude and a positive approach that only wants to strive for the best outcome.

You will need previous experience in a customer service related role that is able to deliver high attention to detail and have brilliant organisational skills.

£18,000
Between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
On site parking
22 days holiday
