An amazing opportunity as arisen for a passionate and dedicated Unit Lead, within the Preston area to work with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This special care home is purpose-built that has been designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The home is modern and homely, offering a supportive environment with en-suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge areas.

You will manage and lead a team of Registered Nurses and Nursing Assistants within a specialist care environment ensuring the effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of high standards of care for the residents.

The successful candidate will hold a current NMC pin, have recent experience in older peoples care settings, an excellent clinical track record and be quality driven with a desire to continually develop yourself, your team and the service.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £17.50 per hour plus a £2000 joining bonus. You will also receive ongoing support and specialist training, career development and further.
