Our Global IT client has an exciting opportunity for a University Recruiter. Are you passionate about finding great talent to transform business and culture? This role will be integral to creating engagement strategies to hire the best talent in the intern and graduate space. You will source, leverage external markets for hiring campaigns, build relationships with universities, identify candidates and ensure an all-round great experience. You will be able to leverage prior experience to ensure a successful attraction strategy.

This role is a PAYE contract, for a maximum 18 months, paying up to £209.00 per day based on experience. You will benefit from a 5% bonus, paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension and notice period. Whilst predominantly a remote role, you will need to be at their Reading offices to host and attend events from time to time, with some potential travel involved also.
