Urdu-speaking Customer Service & Inbound Sales Agent

• Location: Canary Wharf, potentially a hybrid role
• Pay: £11 - £15 per hour
• Title: Urdu-speaking Customer Service & Inbound Sales Agent
• Contract type: Temporary
• Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

You will be speaking with customers, handling their requests both over the phone and online, using excellent written and spoken Urdu.

Requirements:

• Spoke and write in fluent Urdu
• Experienced with working in a Call Centre as a Customer Service Advisor
• Experienced at handling incoming Sales calls
