Job Description

A government body based in Kingston seek administrators who have worked in customer service and administration. This post is temporary intially for 3 months and will be based on location at the offices in Kingston

Duties:
To provide routine administrative support tasks including basic knowledge of Microsoft office.

-Good communication , both oral and written, telephone,

-Reception cover

-Assisting other member of the team

-Filing, photocopying and ad hoc office duties


The pay starts at 9.06 per hour and the role is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The successful post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS and will need to take Microsoft Office assessments
