Working within the pensions industry, this role has been introduced to work with employers and their intermediaries( eg.consultants, accountants or payroll partners) to deliver the best customer experience possible through product change, service improvements, and better communications.
You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the digital service and the quality of all screen design produced either internally or externally.
You will deliver prototypes,layout design, specifications for interaction and interface design, information architectures, navigation, search, user flows, personas and other user experience deliverables as defined by individual project briefs.
You will commission technical expertise (from the digital delivery team or external parties if required) to improve the user interface.
You will design,develop and own the company`s UX principals and ensure they are applied across the service as well as leading the development of UX requirements for change across the business as well as service and support the product design team in their delivery.
Our client has requested 4-5 years UX experience with a high volume of transactional exposure and user experience across the board.
Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers is a definite advantage.
This is a very regulated environment and requires the candidate to work in a very collaborative manner.
