Job Description

Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our global IT client to recruit an experienced UX Designer.

This a contract role to start ASAP on an initial contract until 30th June 2021 (with the likelihood of at least a 12 month extension).

The salary offered is up to £64,000 (depending on experience).

The role will be based remotely to begin with but will likely require regular presence at our client's London Paddington offices once restrictions are lifted.

Role Summary

We are looking for a interaction designer with demonstrable industry experience designing desktop and mobile product solutions.

The designer will be required to produce production-ready visual assets and design specifications and must therefore have excellent visual design skills which are demonstrated in their portfolio.

We are looking for someone who has strong acumen at translating complex customer requirements and design problems and developing solutions for them that leverage the Fluent design system and design toolkits that we have built to support this work.

The ideal candidate will also have strong presentation skills and be comfortable in a customer-facing setting.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in designing desktop and mobile product solutions
• Demonstrable experience in interpreting and applying design systems in their work
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing flows
• Expert in Figma
• Experience in prototyping is preferable
