Brook Street are delighted to be supporting a thriving local Estate Agent who are looking for their next amazing Valuer!

To work from their modern office situated just outside Newcastle city centre, carrying our sale and rental valuations. taking incoming calls from potential vendors aiming to visit them to carry out a free valuation with the intent of marketing the property for sale or for rent.

Using comparables from websites and local knowledge to achieve correct market value. Taking photographs and measurements of the property, uploading onto the in house system, clicking on `live` to in house system and external websites used.

Ordering board, Epc and gas safety certificates if required.

A company car may be available, free car parking just outside office too!
