Job Description

We`re looking for Vehicle Inspectors with a good eye for detail for both Full Time or Part Time positions in our busy automobile auctioneers. As Vehicle Inspector you be logging details on various vehicles getting everything ready for our sales days.
We are a national leader in automobile auctions and we`re currently recruiting for our South London branch.
It will be your role to check vehicles prior to them going to auction. This includes collating information on key selling points to help increase interest and to also highlight any defects to make our important customers fully aware of the vehicles condition they are purchasing.
Basic driving skills are required to help establish the working order of the vehicle and this can be a customer facing position letting customers know about various inspections.
It`s up to you to liaise with the repair teams and put forward advice on what repairs need to be carried out.
You will be using a hand held device to catalogue your findings so basic IT knowledge is a must.
This is very much an outdoor role in all weather conditions so you get to enjoy the lovely British weather all year round.
We have a number of different options for this Full Time Monday - Friday 10-7pm or Part Time 24 hours a week 7-4pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.


The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities and happy to drive a wide range of vehicles. We have a big team so being able to work well with others and follow instructions is crucial. No prior experience is necessary but a basic understanding of car mechanics would be an advantage.

For this position we require.
A full clean driving licence.
Clear communication skills
Basic IT skills
