Job Description
Brook Street are partnering with our long term client to recruit a Vehicle Sales Support Executive on a temporary basis
Primary Purpose:
Support our clients Stock and Supply Manager in developing and managing fleet processes for Mobility Services and Rent-a-Car products. Keep our fleet running smoothly through efficient administration.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy in loading vehicle details into the rental system. Manage loading and defleeting of daily rental vans. Complete monthly fleet location audits. Handle fines management and invoice recovery. Assist with V5 management and logistics bookings. Manage fleet shared mailboxes professionally and promptly.
Key Contacts:
Collaborate with Fleet Supply & In Life Manager and Stock & Supply Manager. Liaise with Assistant Fleet Manager, External Suppliers, Sales & Customer Regional Managers, and Rental Managers.
Decision Making Scope:
Resolve location issues and prioritise tasks effectively. Decide when to escalate issues to the Stock and Supply Manager.
Key Challenges:
Analyse data from rental systems and third-party portals. Monitor supplier standards and prioritise workload efficiently. Adapt to evolving business procedures in a dynamic environment.
Education, Training, & Experience:
Rental and fleet management experience in the automotive industry. Experience in fleet management and producing management information. Good vehicle brand knowledge and features.
Skills & Personal Characteristics:
Confident, articulate, and analytical. Ability to build positive working relationships. Strong organisation and planning skills. Proven track record of problem-solving and ownership. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High motivation and commitment to results. Ability to work independently and maintain credibility. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
