You will play a key role within a team who are passionate about delivering the best, off the road vehicle experience to customers.

As an Executive within our Vehicle Utilisation Team, you will be supporting both corporate and SME clients with:

• Monitor performance of internal technical team regarding authorisations that are causing Vehicle Off Road (VOR) delays
• Work with the technical team to ensure that jobs are processed efficiently and that cost challenges are not causing vehicles to not be returned as planned
• Build strong relationships with external suppliers to ensure a consistent approach to VOR actions
• Create co-ordinated reports showing the holistic VOR position
• Communicate with customers throughout the VOR Journey to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor complaints responses to identify areas of improvements to VOR and make change recommendations

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30
