Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a waking night project working in a supported housing project.

The role of the waking night project worker is supporting up to 25 young people who are aged between 16-25 years of age. These individuals have either been referred by social workers, local authorities or housing teams. The service users may have drug and alcohol dependency and may suffer with mental health and present challenging behaviour. Each tenant has their own flat and independence, your duties will be to support with employment and education opportunities. This opportunity is waking nights which start at 21:45pm- 08:15am, this role is a temporary block booking working for a well established company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar sector within social care, you will be reliable as the nights are lone working. You will also be trustworthy and passionate in doing a good job as it is essential.

We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 1 years work experience or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!
