Waking Night Support Worker
Salary: £9 per hour
BS Social Care specialises in social care sector and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dynamic team. This temporary position is well suited to an individual that is looking to try something different and advance their career in care and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
You will be working in a lovely family feel residential home for young people in a support living setting between the ages of 16-18 year olds. The young people at this service came from a care background who have very challenging behaviour, mental health, self-harming and can be unpredictable.
We need someone who can think quick on their feet and be very alert to unpredictable situations. This is a friendly supportive environment, so we also need someone who is personal and have experience working with challenging behaviour.
