Job Description


ADMINISTRATOR
INVERNESS (MUST BE A CAR DRIVER)
£22-24K

This position will be liaising with all sections of the business for the proper input and output of goods from a warehouse facility in order that technicians can maintain an efficient and on time servicing and breakdown regime.

You must be accurate, efficient, have the ability to work under pressure and also be proactive in this role. This role will also involve the following:-

SAP system material management compliance
Lotus Notes database compliance
Processing of all UK material requests from service / installation / commissioning / sales
Stock allocation and dispatch
Control of accuracy throughout all service stations and central warehouse
Quarterly inventory management - investigation and reconciliation of differences by quantity and value
The control of perishable goods / use by dates
Operate safe controls and storage of hazardous substances
Climbing equipment certification and ensuring that all other stored materials are legally compliant and have full certification and industry standard documentation for their correct and proper use
Amalgamation of UK wide used parts/documentation and the subsequent return shipment
Complete Risk Assessments & Method Statements as required
Carry out quarterly stock checks
Travel to UK business sites and customer premises as and when required
Complete COSHH reports, SOP`s and EAP`s as and when required
Advise Management in any perceived failings in any safety equipment or other materials
Respond to any reasonable request made from management
Create and maintain appropriate documentation and paperwork for all good and services related to the position
To be proactive and forthcoming in the job role and ensure that information is disseminated quickly, accurately and efficiently
Ensure there is full coverage and support for weekend working and cover where required
Adhere to all best practice and legislative Health and Safety rules and guidelines
Ensuring that all customers are treated courteously and respectfully
