Job Description

Brook Street recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Moira to recruit a full time and permanent Warehouse Administrator to join their expanding team


Ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control, bookings, intake and dispatch of goods
Liaising with customers, Warehouse operatives, drivers, and transport staff.
Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner with appropriate and balanced responses
Effectively communicating with other departments to highlight any operational issues and potential delays to daily activity, including providing solutions & time frames.
Supporting the Warehouse Operations Managers in the investigation of claims and operational failures
Carrying out initial investigations to establish how receipt/dispatch errors occur and supports with preventative measures where possible
Monthly and Annual stock takes


Previous experience in a similar role in a Drinks or Warehousing environment
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Mature, high-energy profile, result driven, calm under pressure, not easily distracted.
Capability of connecting with the operation and all levels in the company.
The ability to work in a team as well as individually
Sound decision making skills, and excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good IT skills and Strong attention to detail
Proactive, pragmatic

Salary will depend on background £20-25k per annum
