Warehouse & Dispatch Team Leader - Permanent
Salary range between - £22,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience
6am - 2pm Monday to Friday (some variation on shifts)
Some call out work will be required
Car parking on site
Uniform provide

I am working with a company based in South Warwickshire, near Long Itchington that is looking to recruit a Permanent Warehouse & Dispatch Team Leader.
The role is a varied & fast paced which will suit someone that is looking to progress within their career.
For this position you will have the following skill set
Up to date and relevant experience working within a Warehouse environment as a team Leader or Supervisor
Knowledge of working in food production warehouse as a Team Leader or Supervisor (or similar industry) is highly desirable
Knowledge of health and safety
Excellent communication skills
The ability to motivate and encourage staff

Working as the Warehouse & Dispatch Team Leader you will be responsible for the following
Monitor and review standards of work within the team, reporting all necessary information into the Warehouse Manager
Ensuring all equipment being used is in good working order and all stock is up to date
Ensuring all health and safety is being achieved on a daily basis
Completing general Warehouse to support fulfilment
Providing training, guidance and support to other team members within the Warehouse
Completing regular stock checks
Completing call out responsibilities as and when required
