Brook Street (UK) Ltd has been engaged by our client to source two Production Operatives to start immediately. Our client is a leader in their field and is based in Mallusk and you will be part of a fantastic team
You will be enthusiastic in your role and accurate in everything you do to assist with the day to day process of the operations. Experience in soldering is required and your duties will include but not limited to:

" Production Machine operation
" Cable Loom Assembly
" Mechanical assembly
" Software replication
" Kit building
" Packing
" Participation in LEAN Manufacturing programs
" Working across several portfolios
" Ownership of hourly output targets
" Other Duties as deemed appropriate
" General tidiness/cleanliness
" Ensuring 100% accuracy of work always
" Adhering to company Health & Safety policies

The ideal candidates should have the following requirements;

" Experience working in a Production environment
" Experience working with production electronic equipment
" Experience working with PCBAs
" PC literate - ECDL or equivalent desirable.
" Good dexterity
" Quick learner
" Ability to follow work instructions and adhere strictly to processes
" Ability to multi-task

Candidates must be enthusiastic, have a great work ethic, be good team-players, and be willing to learn with on-the-job-training.
The hourly rate of pay is £8.21 and the hours of work are 37.5 per week
