An opportunity has become available to join our successful and developing client in the Uxbridge area. They have a busy and demanding warehouse operation and are looking for a skilled warehouse assistant to join their business and add value to the team

Since our client was founded more than 15 years ago in an Uxbridge workshop the size of a small garage, we have grown steadily and now occupy six large warehouse areas at the same site.

Over the years we have invested heavily in our people and our equipment. We now have state-of-the-art facilities and 50 dedicated, loyal full-time staff. We have created an atmosphere in which our people take pride in their work.

The speed of our service is key to our success. We react quickly to customer's demands and deliver on time and on budget.

Our experience and expertise means nothing can faze us. We are highly organised and constantly strive to deliver the highest possible quality of service and support to our customers.

Our Green Credentials
We pride ourselves on our commitment to the environment and have put systems in place so that we are as eco-friendly as possible.

For instance, every south-facing roof on our premises is covered with solar panels.

All the excess wood in our workshop is collected and stored, to be used in our wood burner. In the winter this heats the workshop, in warmer months it is used in our manufacturing processes.

You will have gained at least a years experience working in a warehouse environment and now looking to join an exciting business with great growth potential

You will have a demonstrable warehouse history and a great work and team ethic. Professionalism, courtesy and ability to work in a fast paced, client centric environment is a must! You will be a helpful, self motivated person who enjoys going the extra mile to get the job done on time

You will have a clean, current driving licence and a Counterbalance Forklift Licence. You will be able to undertake a range of manual handling tasks on a day to day basis and you will also be computer literate to input data. You should be a confident and clear communicator, as you will be reporting on progress in the warehouse and reporting any issues
