We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Dispatch Supervisor to join our team based in Coventry on a temporary contract with the likelihood of going permanent.

Salary: £9.95 per hour
Contract type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays 10am - 2pm

In your new role you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders have made it to dispatch within the allocated time frame. To do this you will need to monitor and motivate a small team of 10 that all targets are being met.
You will also be responsible for co-ordinating and supervising the hourly dispatch of all parts orders which will include batch picking, general picking, packing, and shipping of daily orders.
Additional responsibilities will include conducting staff training, abiding by health and safety guidance at all times and updating our inventory system.

To be a successful candidate you have previous experience in a warehouse environment in a Supervisor or Team Leader position. You will need to demonstrate strong organisational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and work to a fast pace.

In return you will receive fantastic working hours (stated above) as well as free parking on site and an hourly rate of £9.95 per hour. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
