My client is currently looking for an E-Commerce Team Leader to join their busy team in their Warehouse. They are looking for someone who has experience of leading a team, preferably in e-commerce, experience of using warehouse system such as SAP, and must live within commutable distance of Hemel Hempstead

The main tasks for this role are:

" Monitor and supervise the e-commerce warehouse team daily to ensure tasks are being completed efficiently.
" Replenish and monitor inventory levels in E-commerce picking area.
" Set and evaluate KPI`s for picking, packing and daily order volumes.
" Re-order packaging and postage materials
" Ensuring enough manpower to meet daily e-commerce order volume and fluctuations.
" Training new staff.
" Liaising with local and international courier providers for collection of orders and negotiating volume rates.
" Carrying out inventory checks & cycle counts.
" Implementing new warehouse automation initiatives.
" Introduce systems to reduce packing/picking errors.
" Coordinating with other departments regarding day-to-day activities.
" Ensuring health and safety and social distancing procedures are always upheld .

Salary: £30`000 PA

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays until 1pm over time

To be considered for this role you will have:

" Excellent communication and administrative skills.
" Have good people and leadership skills to successfully lead a team.
" Have previous warehouse supervisory experience, ideally in e-commerce.
" Experience using warehouse systems, preferably SAP and scanning systems.
