Job Description

A new role as a Warehouse Manager has become available to us from one of our long standing clients. There are large growth plans for this organisation and the business are already showing a big increase in revenue this year.

For this role you will need to have managed a team as a Warehouse Manager and be confident and working with KPI`s. You will have intermediate ability of using Excel and be well versed with health and safety procedures and practice.

You role will include conducting annual appraisals and 6 monthly reviews with your team.

Passionately drive a continuous improvement culture to achieve breakthrough performance in quality, service delivery, cost and growth
Play an active role in the recruitment process to ensure any new recruits will add value to the team.

You will have the ability to multi-task and manage tight timescales effectively, impeccable attention to detail.
