Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Newtownabbey for a warehouse operative to join their busy operation. Your role will be varied and you will be required to work within all areas of the warehouse and make deliveries to customers.

Key duties will include general warehouse duties such as taking delivery of goods and supplies.
Checking for damaged or missing items
Moving stock around by hand or a forklift truck
Picking and packing orders and loading goods for dispatch
Keeping records of stock
Keeping paperwork up to date is also part of the job.

Applicants must have previous warehouse experience and hold a counter balance licence

Applicants must be physically fit as the role is often physically demanding.

Salary starts on £17,004 per year ( £8.72 per hour ) and there are benefits such as paid holidays and stat days, the client also pays an annual bonus of £1000
