So we thought it is about time we hire a new employee to join our busy team on a permanent basis in Warwickshire!

If you have the professional attitude and strong work ethic along with being able to banter with the team this will be the ideal job for you! You need to be self confident and have strong attention to detail.

You will need to know how to operate the production machinery to manufacture products and develop a good working knowledge of our materials and processes. It is also vital that you ensure goods are picked, packed and labelled correctly.

Being part of our team you will also take part in monthly stock audit and regular team briefings.

A FLT License is desirable for the role however if you do not have one we will provide training for this.

It is important for us that you are numerate, literate and are able to use a computer. We are a family unit here therefore you need to be able to communicate clearly with staff at all levels of the company and should be able to work without supervision (after your training is complete).

You will have 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, along with enjoying a long Christmas break due to having office shut down. Training will be on the job and support will be provided in all areas.
