We are currently recruiting for a number of Warehouse Operatives to work for an extremely successful, well-known and award-winning global organisation with a facility based in Worcester to start ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis.

Location: Worcester
Rate of Pay: Between £9.81 - £11.28. Time & a Half on Saturday's/Double Time on Sunday's.
Hours: 39, 42 and 45 hour's a week. Monday - Friday. O/T available on Weekends.

THE ROLE
Working in a warehouse environment, you will be required to work effectively to pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately. On average you will walk 25000-30000 steps a day including walking up and down 4 flights of stairs when picking and packing parts. Teamwork is everything and as well as working independently, you will also be responsible for ensuring good communication between your colleagues is maintained at all times.
Full training and induction will be provided.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
" Scanning, picking and packing orders
" You will use computer systems to print labels
" Maintaining a high level of quality and output at all times
" You must be able to work with minimal supervision accurately
" Working to time deadlines and keep moving inline with the production facility pace
" Excellent communication skills
" Great attention to detail is essential
" Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
" You must have your own safety shoes & HI VIS

HOURS
Monday - Friday rotating shifts covering:
10am - 7pm (Monday to Thursday) and 930am - 630pm (Friday) - (£9.81 Shift)
1pm - 10pm (Monday to Thursday) 12pm - 6pm (Friday) - (£11.28 Shift)
