Full Time Warehouse Operatives required
Fulwood, Preston Area
12 weeks temporary then permanent contract offered subject to performance.

Brook Street is currently recruiting for several staff to work in a busy warehouse for our client based in modern premises in Fulwood, Preston.

Your main duties will be working as part of a team ensuring all items are picked to reflect the picking list, stock will be in various locations across the department.

The ideal candidate must be a quick learner & computer literate with a good eye for detail as you will be using hand held scanners to correctly scan the items you pick.

Other responsibilities required:

" Quality checking items
" Preparing delivery`s ready for despatch
" Manual handling
" Pulling warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements.
" Ensures that orders are accurate
" Stages items correctly for delivery
" Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch

Previous experience of order picking as the ideal candidate needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to meet company targets.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday 13:30pm - 10:00pm
Friday 11.30am - 8.00pm

Pay rate:

£8.21ph paid weekly via our agency
