Warehouse Supervisor
High Wycombe

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our distribution client for a national coffee and tea production company to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a temporary role based in High Wycombe that has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Salary & Hours: £25,000 - £28,000 based on experience, Monday through Friday full time.

Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager and managing a young vibrant team of staff onsite. You will keep the team focused and ready for high volume orders; making sure everything in prepped and ready for packing to send out on deliveries.

As a Warehouse Manager you must be able to control and keep up with your team. You will need to make sure targets are continually being met so there is no back-log, ad hearing to health and safety procedures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
" Managing a small team in production
" Make sure the stock room is organised to prepare for daily orders
" Liaise with operatives, drivers, and other managers to make business run smoothly
" Be able to keep up and improve standards across the board to improve business

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
" Experienced Warehouse Manager
" Able to manage production during peak order times
