Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a new full time and permanent Warehouse Supervisor

Duties

• Manage a team of Warehouse Operatives - giving direction and leadership
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and processes
• Ensure warehouse staff adhere to Health & Safety regulations
• Deal with attendance management assist with disciplinary meetings
• Ensure that both the warehouse and outside yard are tidy and accessible at all times
• Ensure adherence to site procedures, standards, and audit processes.
• Ensure development of warehouse staff where required
• Complete accident and internal reports as per KPI's and company processes.
• Complete training with new employees and implement further employee training when required.
• Develop and maintain effective working relations with all areas of the business

Criteria

• Good communication skills - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business
• Must have supervisor experience in a warehouse environment.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible and be able to adaptable to change
• Ability to take accountability, lead the team and remain resilient
• Strong time and priority management skills.
• PC Literate
• Forklift License.
• Full, clean driver's license.
