Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 40hrs

Job Role of Warehouse Supervisor:

"Responsible for all emails received from start of shift until close of business
"Ensure Operating System is checked to enable orders to be picked and packed in enough time
"Requisition sheets to be updated, and sign and update all paperwork in relation to any orders being delivered the following shift
"Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly
"Create work schedules for all members of staff to ensure maximum output and productivity during shift
"Carry out performance reviews and work with all warehouse staff to develop their skills and performance at work
"Ensure all stock locations are fully replenished

Desired Experiences for Warehouse Supervisor:
"Previous experience in a senior or supervisory position within a warehouse environment
"Understanding of how to achieve KPI targets and keep waste down to a minimum
"Demonstrate vision, energy, persistence and a passion to ensure all targets are met
"Driver's license desired but not essential
