My client a market leading brand manufacturer are looking for an enthusiastic warehouse supervisor for their distribution warehouse based in Wakefield

We are looking for a process and target driven, experienced warehouse supervisor/manager to manage a small but efficient team of 6 people.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid RTITB counterbalance license, along with at least 3 years' experience running or managing a warehouse facility.

My clients distribute on average 20,000 parcels per month from this central hub, so it is important that the ideal candidate has experience within a busy distribution environment.

The working hours are 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday - however the client are looking to implement a 6-2 / 2-10 rotating shift pattern within the next 6 months.

The starting salary is between £22,000 - £24,000 based upon experience

To be considered for this role you would need to be able to evidence the following:
" Current RTITB Counterbalance license
" Warehouse management or supervisory experience (at least 3 years)
" You must be IT literate within Microsoft Word & Excel
" Process driven
" Have the ability to work cost effectively and efficiently
" Be able to manage a team working towards tights KPI targets
" Experience within a fast paced environment
" Ideally hold a valid UK Driver's license (but not essential)
