Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast call centre client to recruit a number of call centre operators to work within a web chat advisor role in their ever-growing contact centre.
About the Roles:
Web-chat is one of the fastest growing and most exciting areas in their business - it's the instant pop up chats you're probably familiar with when shopping online that allows you to engage with an agent Immediately.
Working in this role will involve will handling online Chats from customers who want to take out a new contract. Or you'll be handling queries from customers who are coming to the end of their contract.
Clients could be looking to cancel or upgrade so it's down to you to use your excellent written, communication and persuasion skills to encourage them stay or to buy additional services.
You'll need to be able to hold multiple conversations and must have an eye for detail with your spelling and grammar as this is a pure systems-based role.
The client is looking for the very best people who have at least 6 months experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment, working within a target driven environment and be able to demonstrate resilience, determination and teamwork.
Desirable Criteria- Previous experience working in a Web chat role
Starting salaries from £16,536 - £17,076 based on age group paid fortnightly with bonus potential of up to £750 per month.
All employees receive 28 days annual leave, plus 1 additional day each year for 5 years!
Web Chat Sales Shifts are Mon - Sun 8am - 8pm, on a rotational shift pattern
