Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to work for an extremely reputable, well established, progressive and continually growing local business.

You will be joining an established team who are responsible for dealing with the day to day enquiries from customers via live web chat and email. You be be answering technical questions and queries throughout the day online so you must have clear, accurate written communication and be confident answering technical queries.

You will receive full on the job training from the Learning & Development team which consists of 3 weeks classroom training and then 3 weeks support on the job.

A high level of customer service skills is essential, candidates will be considered from a retail/ call centre/ customer service/ technical support background or similar.

Your salary will be £20,400 and you will receive a product upselling bonus which enables you to earn on average an additional £2,400 per year minimum. Your hours will be 8.30am-5pm/ 9.30am-6pm Monday - Friday.

You must be a driver due to the rural location of the office.
