Job Description

Our Public Sector client is looking for a number of strong Instructions and Procedures Publishers to help support their Team. This is a short term full time 37.00 hours a week temporary role for about two months, paying £12.90 p/hr. This role is currently remote working and equipment will be provided by the client.

The main role responsibilities are listed below, and any other ad hoc administration duties as required:
" You will be part of a small but busy team publishing and maintaining instructions, procedures and documents to set standards for publication and accessibility in line with their operational requirements.
" You will also be required to help with their project to migrate to a new Content Cloud platform.
" You will be required to publish instructions/documents externally for customers to complete designated actions, as well as providing support during a outbreak or emergency situation ensuring instructions are published quickly and efficiently.
" You will need to have the ability to work under pressure, maintaining focus and concentration whilst adhering to deadlines
" Learn a broad range of detailed processes whilst adhering to detailed formatting and style guides (to meet regulations)
" You will need to deal with calls/emails from field and policy colleagues that need quick and detailed replies/guidance
IT literacy is key, especially with the Microsoft Office suite (including Visio). You will need to have an aptitude for learning new IT software packages, eg web publishing, including Dreamweaver and associated web programming code.
You will be required to show good communication and telephone skills, be self-motivated, work under pressure and have good authoring skills, with a strong proficiency in English language.
Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
