Working as part of the multi-lingual lingual European Helpdesk team you will provide high-level customer service, technical support and troubleshooting to maintain strong business relationships with West customers. Your main responsibility is to ensure client issues are seen through to resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLA's). This is a target driven role where departmental and individual targets must be met.
You will be fluent in French, German, Italian, Dutch as well as English and ideally have experience of working in a customer focus role. You will have excellent communication skills as well as experience within a Web Support role. However, this is not essential and candidates will be considered should you display an aptitude to perform the role.
