Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator

Salary of £20,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate with a history of Selling weddings and events packages.

Who will you be working for
My Client is a beautiful estate located near Goole that opens its doors to Weddings, Corporate Events and Celebrations.
This is very much a luxury venue used as a filming location for many well-known TV programs and films.

The Role
Dealing with all activity regarding the sales of my client's weddings and events, this will include a full tour of grounds and venue for any potential client along with open days, exhibitions and networking events, building strong relationships with clients and companies in a short period of time.

A large part of the role will find you building brand awareness though all platforms, advertising, PR and social media etc.

You will also be required to prepare a quarterly sale's and marketing plan that's presentable to the general manager, outlining potential business coming in along with a clear marketing plan staying within budget.

Plan and organise events with high standards of professionalism and customer service from proposal to delivery

Ensure all events are correctly charged/invoiced on or before the date of the event as appropriate

What my client requires from you
Experience selling weddings, events and corporate packages
An understanding of marketing platforms including social media
Experience raising invoices and good numeracy skills
Well-presented and keen to work to the highest standards.
Flexible with hours working around client needs.
