Our Wakefield based client are currently looking for a Weekend Duty Manager to join their company on a permanent basis.
You'll be joining a prestigious group of companies, supporting them during their busy weekend period. The role is 3 weekends per month, 9am - 6pm on Saturday and 10:30am - 5pm on Sunday. There may be additional shifts available during the week if required.
As the duty manager you will over see the reception and front of house, acting as first point of contact for all visitors and staff.
You will also liaise with facilities maintenance and act as first point of contact for deliveries, liaising with drivers and signposting them to the correct team member.
Acting a first point of contact for general phone and email queries, overseeing the general enquires inbox, taking messages and liaising with staff and other departments.
There will also be some admin duties alongside opening and distributing post.
We are looking for an organised and efficient candidate. You'll need to be polished and professional and enjoy working in an ever changing, varied role. Utilising your keen eye for detail and customer service skills to maintain an outstanding professional first impression.
Experience in a senior administrative, corporate front of house, reception role is essential. Team leading or managerial experience, from a corporate or retail environment would be a distinct advantage.
In return our offers a salary of £17,750 - £19,500 pro rata (£9.00 - £10ph)
