Weekend Reception / Booking Coordinator
Location - Biggin Hill
Hours - Shift pattern between 8am till 7pm
Pay - £9.00 per hour
Start Date - asap
Duration - 6 month
Free Parking

We have a client based in Biggin Hill who is looking for long term weekend staff to support over a busy summer period. In return you will be working in a fast paced, varied and well established tourist and events client.

My client is looking for passionate, approachable, friendly and customer focused staff who have a flexible attitude with regards to working shifts.The ideal candidate with have strong admin skills, a passion for customer service and be confident with MS Office Packages.

Due to location access via public transport is limited.

Duties will include
-Updating an inhouse Database
-Problem solving
-Organising appointments and managing a diary
-Strong administration
-A high level of customer service experience
-The ability to work on your own initiative
-Understanding and empathising when required
-Prioritising your workload daily
-Exceptional organisational skills
-Be able to multitask and work to service level standards
-Good PC skills, including Microsoft word and Excel
