Job Description

I am recruiting for a Temporary Weekend Receptionist to start ASAP until the end of August.

Hours: Saturday: 830am - 6pm / Sunday: 10am - 4pm
Location: Gloucester
Pay: Saturday: £9.50 / Sunday: £9.61

THE JOB PURPOSE

To support the existing reception team with all admin and reception duties, to be first point of contact for all visitors and dealing with any queries that arise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main reception duties
  • Answering inbound calls

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Previous receptionist or admin experience is essential
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Confident dealing with queries
  • Confident speaking to people in person and over the phone
  • Friendly and approachable personality
