Job Description
Brook Street (UK) Limited is working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a Weighbridge Administrator to join their expanding team.
The following responsibilities have been carefully selected to ensure not only a high-level support service is provided but that all information in its various forms is professional, timely, accurate and of a high calibre.
Duties:
Handle telephone calls, messages, faxes, letters, emails and other communications and office duties efficiently and positively, paying attention to detail and with professional courtesy at all times.
Responsibility of weighbridge, including accuracy of all associated paperwork and reports.
Organise and facilitate upon request any meetings
Work closely with Site Staff on a daily basis. In the absence of any other member of staff assume shared responsibility.
Ensure all paperwork is up to date and complies with relevant regulations and accreditations encompassing:
* Site diary / Odour assessments - completion of any corrective action
* Health & Safety
* ISO
* Inductions - Contractors, Drivers & Staff
* Site licence
* Tonnage reports - Daily / Weekly / Monthly
* Maintain fuel records
* Site visitors' book

Acquire an in-depth knowledge of all standards, licences, & accreditations needed to ensure full compliance.
Ensure compliance with PON's and ordering of PPE, stationary, fuel, odour neutraliser solution and any other materials required.
Assist with the planning, executing and recording information, instruction and training along with material for the delivery of weekly H&S meetings
Ensure high levels of housekeeping are implemented and maintained in all offices and welfare facilities.
At all times ensure that access to the site is controlled and denied to unauthorised personnel.
Provide cover at any other location if required.

Hours are between 7am-5pm Monday - Friday and Saturday as per rota 8-12pm
In relation to the location it would be beneficial for applicants to drive and have access to a car.
Salary negotioable depending on experience
