Job Description

Are you working in retail, customer service or hospitality and looking for a new opportunity? We have a supervisor role available on a permanent basis with great benefits for the right candidate!

The Customer Service Supervisor will be looking after a team of 8-10 with a colleague working alternative shifts, so supervising those on the same shift. Shifts run 8am until 8pm Monday-Sunday but the majority of the working pattern will be Monday-Saturday and on a fair & rotational basis.

This role would suit a candidate with strong retail, customer service or hospitality experience. We're looking for somebody who puts the customer first each & every time and makes sure whatever is requested is accommodated wherever possible. A "can do" attitude is absolutely essential.

The ability to speak conversational Welsh would be advantageous for this role as the organisation is bi-lingual.

As well as a competitive starting salary (£21k per annum), 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), excellent contributory pension and discounted parking. If the successful candidate doesn't drive, the location is very easy to get to within walking distance of the train station and bus routes.
