Job Description
Rydym yn recriwtio am Rheolwr Gwasanaeth Cwsmer i weithio am un o ein adranau llywodraeth yng Nghaernarfon. Byddwch chi'n rheoli desg gwasanaeth cwsmer trwy'r iaith Gymraeg.
Mae hwn yn gyfle arbennig, yn gweithio 08:30 - 17:00 Dydd Llun i Ddydd Gwener. Mae'r tâl yn £14.48 yr awr
Sylwer, mae hyn yn swydd yn llawn amser dros dro am 3-6 mis gyda'r posibilrwydd o gael ei ymestyn. Mae nhw'n edrych am rywyn i ddechrau mor gynted â phosib, yn dilyn DBS llwyddianus
Cyfrifioldebau rheolwr gwasanaethau cwsmer:
- Ateb galwadau trwy'r iaith Gymraeg ar gyfer fermwyr yng Nghymru
- Rheoli a ddatblygu tîm o fewn canolfan cyswllt cwsmeriaid i gyflawni danfoniad o berfformiad bisnes
- Fonitro lefelau gwasanaethau cwsmer a lefelau ansawdd i gwrdd targedau perfformiad allweddol (KPI's)
- Cymryd cyfrifioldeb i fonitro unigolion a'r tîm i ddarparu adborth rheolaidd a chefnogi gyda'r holl cyswllt cwsmer
- Cyfathrebu'n effeithiol gyda'r tîm i ddeall ac egluro blaenoriaethau presonnol
- Dangos hyblygrwydd a chyfrannu yn effeithiol i sicrhau bod pob targed cyswllt cwsmer yn cael ei gyflawni
- Annog amgylchedd tîm sy'n hyrwyddo datblygiadau parhaus, rhannu arfer gorau a chydweithio i ddatblygu'r gallu o bawb o fewn y tîm
Sgilliau Hanfodol:
- Dealltwriaeth o'r iaith Gymraeg ac y gallu i siarad ac ysgrifennu yng Nghymraeg
- Sgilliau ysgrifianedig a geiriol wych
- Profiad o ddefnyddio systemau TG (technoleg gwyboadaeth)
- Gallu dilyn prosesau
- Mae profiad o ddelio gyda cwsmeriaid ar y ffon yn ddymunol

We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Service Manager (Executive officer) for one of our government departments in Caernarfon. This position will be working managing a Welsh speaking customer service helpdesk. This is a fantastic opportunity, working from 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday with the pay for this job being £14.48 per hour.
Please note, this is a temporary position of 3 - 6 months with the possibility of extension. The anticipated start date is as soon as possible pending a successful application for DBS clearance.
Team Leader responsibilities
- Provide a Welsh language telephone service for livestock farmers in Wales
- To set direction, manage and develop a team within the customer contact centre to achieve successful delivery of business performance
- Take responsibility for monitoring individuals and team progress by providing regular feedback and support on all customer contact
- To monitor customer service levels and quality levels to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Communicate effectively with the team and the wider team to understand and explain current priorities
- Proactively encourage a team environment that promotes continual development, sharing of best practice and collaboration to build the capability of all within the team
- Demonstrate flexibility and contribute effectively to ensure that all customer contact targets are achieved
Essential Skills
- Proven Welsh language skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience of using IT based systems
- Ability to follow processes
- Previous experience of dealing with customers over the telephone is desirable
