Job Description

A permanent opportunity for a Welsh speaking Executive Administration Officer to work on a hybrid working basis which is 3 in the office and 2 at home, flexible working hours, outstanding holidays of 31 days per year(excluding 10 days bank holidays) City Centre location.
The Executive Administration Officer will provide bilingual executive and administrative support.

The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with excellent customer service and time management skills. This is an excellent position working for a busy and upbeat team of professionals.

Responsibilities: Work as part of a team in ensuring that:

Assist in proactively marketing the funding arrangements and online provision of professional development. This will include delivering face to face presentations.
Provide a professional enquiry service and help desk facility
Undertake a range of administrative duties including maintenance of electronic and hard copy filing systems, preparing and issuing correspondence and updating and maintaining databases.
Arrange the distribution of papers and taking of minutes at relevant meetings

The skills needed:

Fluent Welsh speaker

Experience of working within an administration role and experience of presentations

Strong IT skills and excellent customer service and written communication skills along with time management skills and an ability to prioritise work to meet specific deadlines.
